I was stripped and chained in Owen Sound hospital without cause, explanation or recourse to human rights representative hospital or union. My family was advised to keep their distance and I was criminally drugged against my will. My personal effects were moved by friends and co-workers. I have not had access to my personal effects since. One box of family photographs is most important to us. It contains a few pictures of deceased loved ones which are not copied or replaceable. One is of my Navy Da, and one of my two brothers has never seen it. One is of my late grandmother at my sister's christening one of the last times she dressed to go out. My sisters do not remember her in a fur coat. She lived in her housedress after that year, as my proud great grandmother, Florence MacDonald, did even after the war was over and the mines closed. Bevis MacLeod had returned alive, but his young bride, mother of four small children had died. Leaving my mother, Aileen MacLeod, to raise her four siblings at a very young age. What a joy in my young life to know the mother of my mother's mother. Later, I saw the metalwork laid into the stone at the base of Dunvegan castle, where the MacLeod's of Scotland still live. Florence MacDonald was named for the lady on that castle. I am also. My middle name is Florence, after Florence and Flora MacDonald. If the metal on the stone speaks truth, they were women of integrity and they will be remembered. My mother is no longer in our country and our three stands of land stand idle. All six of Aileen's children are not welcome on their own land after this terrorist attack. They had trouble stealing it from us, but even critically and terminally ill, fools tee hee that wealthy folks like ourselves can't drag our tortured and toxified asses to the sea. Although water abounds, a fresh water lake and a salty sea are not the same. Owen Sound has helped me into snuff porn as i struggled to get help here for the past two years. In October 2009, i contacted british and canadian forces regarding possible gassing and electronic weapons in action. They invited will & kate after our second nuclear accident. Zero response to terrorist activity and bad medicine has become the Canadian way. Scouts and sparks are now playthings and post radiation pale faced ladies are up on roller skates for smash up derby in cute outfits. I grieve.

I found out that my youngest brother, Ryan Joseph was one of the men near fatally poisoned in a nuclear accident reported to have occurred in November 2011. Hundreds of workers were reported poisoned, possibly thousands. Bruce Power did not report, collect, or follow up appropriately. Criminal negligence and criminal involvement post discovery has contributed to a widespread health and environment problem that may affect global water, global air quality and is contributing to violence escalation around the world. We have high uranium, high cobalt 60, high heavy metals, and electronic weapons make detection challenging, as they also contribute to poor air quality.

After no response from federal authorities including british, american and canadian, a man with Canadian federal ministry of defence ID, who said he was an interrogator spoke with me in the restaurant below the apartment where I was living. I had hoped he was honest. He appeared non concerned about the terrorist activity and the bruce nuclear incident just down the street. his name has been electrocuted away, but I'll never forget his smirky face. Pretended to be concerned. Asked me to sit with him at a nearby table and tell him anything of concern for the Federal Ministry of Defence. He really didn't give a shite. I had been in repeated dialogue with three federal ministries regarding my concerns, so it was not that illogical to presume he might follow up on a short list of extreme terrorist concerns. Peter MacKay may never have seen my messages, but Christian Parradis sent me a signed response. Google promptly blocked my e-mail access. It was restored after I opened a new account and asked the Federal Ministry of Health to boot a copy of federal ministry correspondence back to me using the new account. Like magic, the old account was restored. At the time, I could walk although often gassed and tasered and I did not have home e-mail access. Google has been extremely co-operative ever since. Perhaps they realized they were aiding terrorists. They seem to have improved security, changed policies and offer quicker solutions for communications interference. For some time after I bought my little laptop, my internet was frequently temporarily disabled. This seems to have improved and has not been a concern at all since about the time I contacted the National Guard of America. Not sure if they helped keep communications open, but I appreciate whoever tried to block electronic interference. No longer able to move much, and with pain on typing, laptop internet time and access are precious. The public investigation meeting minutes on the root cause of the November 2009 nuclear event came out that month. They have been deposted since. They indicated release of poison injectors in April 2009, due to an electronics problem. The event where they discovered the high levels of dangerous radiation was the November incident. All of the memos and documents reviewed for the "Final Report" on the high levels of alpha dust outside of protected areas were useless. The event took place in April of 2009, as far as i can tell. And this was not even reported to international nuclear safety agencies. How can we allow this farce to continue? People are limping in this town, and emergency hospital staff are outright hands on torturing folks who complain of pain or bone issues of any kind. I cannot believe that the Bruce Nuclear Plant is in safe and friendly hands. We have zero health information and zero environmental information. I think we should have evacuated in the spring of 2009. It is the last day of 2011 and Owen Sound harbor is in the process of preparing for mass casualties. They do not intend to provide access to health care, social services, goods or resources. In spite of social service crisis needs list posted in 2010, and communicated to various agencies and government employees, nobody has responded. We were a terrorist occupied area, we were an internment camp, now we are a mass casualty area. Still no assistance. Guards, parading for the past two years as important, superior, super smooth coolios, are limping and grinning and denying any problems. But they still remove children from homes and take food out of the mouths of the hungry. Thank you to Kraft Canada for bringing food for the foodbank. But there are still scars on the ankles of folks from hospital leg chains and padlock abrasions and the women's trauma crisis center is still stripping the women and children post crisis and sending them in the back door. Things are extreme and destructive. Heavy information control. Many would attempt a mass exodus, but with people under illegal house arrest and houses divided, it's difficult to do. Bio: Owen Sound is a small town, just two hours north of the GTA. It houses an international access harbour and it is a half hour east of a nuclear power generating plant. The population have a strong perception that they are an isolated 'northern' community. This strikes a visitor as odd, considering the fruit trees and tropical blooms, including outdoor hibiscus. The town is the socio-economic hub of both Grey and Bruce counties and provides social and medical guidance to many outlying towns and villages. Needs: STAT REDUCTION IN RADIO- ACTIVITY OR EVACUATION.STAT COLLECTION OF ELECTRONIC WEAPONS- MODIFIED HAND HELD.Immediate grief counselling.Immediate medical support.Immediate health & environment care information re: harbour attack reported winter 2009. (SEE MCKAY) Organizations of Concern: The Women's Centre: Provides high security, ostensibly private shelter for women and children from the local area, and from further away. Always those who seek shelter here are in a state of post-trauma and in need of kindness and rest. Often, they have been terrified or assaulted. Issues include a) women and children must enter by small shed at the side, not through the lovely large victorian front. They must strip nude on every entry. This includes children. b) All personals are taken away for seventy two hours. Including the small items of children. c) All personal possessions are soaked in poison for seventy two hours and then returned ( for insect repellent). d) Meetings, which include children, to review rules are held on weeknights and past eleven pm. e) High frequency terror device is located on lower landing next to kitchen table. Staff panic when the switch is operated. Not allowed to turn it off, even in the day. Staff refuse to change the bulb. No other bulbs emit this high frequency alarm. Staff appear aware, but untroubled. They noted it as a concern their in house meeting minutes. f) Language used by staff is cruel, including phrases like "or else" and "couch surfers." They emphasize the need for strict obedience and cleanliness over-often. Difficult for wee ones to not feel as though on trial, and not welcome at all. g) Initial welcome meeting takes place when women are traumatized and exhausted and it goes on for hours. h) A wake up time and bedtime was scheduled for all- recently, staff decided wake up time was a bit early. i) zero consideration is given to those who just need quiet rest- which would include most clients. Staff behave as though clients are lazy, dirty, and must be kept on behaviour schedules. As if clients are there for behaviour intervention. Atrocious level of need. Please intervene. UN? This is the only women's shelter. Those late for curfew are told not to return until morning. This would be particularly tough for young clients, perhaps those trying to avoid drugs and prostitution? The Homeless Shelter: The Safe n Sound is the only homeless shelter in the town. Clients are encouraged to leave within seventy two hours if possible, as the hospital and women's shelter are both quick to point out on the shelter's behalf. The cost for the shelter is $900.00/ month. Extraordinary. That they can pretend to offer a homeless shelter service seems absurd. Slightly less per night than many town motels. Of course, few can afford the cost. Many live out of doors as weather permits. This is a terrible concern as the temperature gets colder. I have met several young people shivering out doors around midnight with no shelter in town due to curfews at shelters. If clients break curfew, they are kicked out of the shelter. Those late for curfew are told to stay out until morning. They are turned away at the door with their things locked inside. Again, this really leaves folks vulnerable to drug abuse and prostitution. Food Bank Concerns: a) There is a multi-step process to aquiring food. It involves both a telephone and a personal "interview." b) The interview is described as a spiritual talk. It is a mandatory Christian meeting. c) One must wait seventy two hours prior to accessing the food after the initial phone call. d) One visit a month is the limit, but the box is prepacked for pick up. e) Food amount is very inadequate. Contant is loaded with crackers and cookies. Only very recently have they included proteins- basically, at all. This is the only foodbank. Many in need cannot carry the box. Hospital Concerns: The fourth floor of the hospital houses both psychiatric and addiction treatment facilities. a) Staff refuse physical health care- refuse access to doctors, refuse to administer medications, will not give scripts when patients leave, refuse x-rays, refuse physical exams. They take blood pressure regularly.b) The extreme lock-up quiet room is used on a regular basis, whether patient needs call for it or not. This should be a last resort, for our most violent individuals in crisis. c) Sound alarms are placed on the ankles of most patients. They use large link, fence type chains, and padlocks to secure them to the ankle. Staff place these on tight, and they do not tend abrasions. Those with skin breakdown are told to put on a sock. Removal of the chain and padlock is not considered, even when chain is cutting into patients' flesh. d) Clothing must be earned. Patients spend weeks trying to 'earn' privledges like clothes. e) inadequate bathroom curtain in communal areas which house both men and women- ripped and unhinged from the top. No way to urinate or defecate with privacy. This must be 'earned' through obedience. Most people are very obedient. f) the head of psychiatry indicated that he routinely prescribes Seroquel in dosages of 3000mg/day to townspeople (not myself), seems extreme... try the dosage and it might actually kill you! This is a strong CNS depressant... can we check with pharmaceutical companies regarding the safety of that dosage??? I've seen people loose muscle function of face and lips on as little as 100mg. THREE THOUSAND ROUTINELY!!! The seventy two hour theme is echoed in this location as well. Many patients spend the first seventy two hours in the extreme area. Perhaps this is what the rest of the town "seventy two hour" programs are to remind people of? I went to hospital for a physical problem, and wound up on the fourth floor and had a nightmare experience. In shock from abdominal pain, I was told to leave emergency by a triage nurse for becoming impatient! Without seeing a doctor! Clearly, health care is only for the polite in Owen Sound. When I angrily accused my attacker, the triage nurse! of being in the KKK for her fascist command to leave the hospital without health care (i was in a wheelchair!), she called security. With a snicker & a sneer, six orderlies strapped me to a bed and wheeled me to the psych ward. I was refused a physical exam and an xray for several days. That first night, when i needed to urinate, nurses shoved a bedpan under my excruciating injury without loosening the hip strap. Classic hospital torture move. I could not have been more polite in asking them to please not do that. I was left to move my own hips off the pot, after at least an hour, and passed out from the pain. Pants at my ankles and covered in my own urine. My students would not have been impressed. Nor am I. I worked ten years in education, plus ten in health care, never would I have imagined a scenario like this in all my life. No poorer example of nursing can I imagine. I reported this to the RCMP and they have, as yet, taken no action. I have not yet recovered, either physically or emotionally, and it has been several months. I may never walk again with comfort and ease. I was a runner in my youth, a yoga practicioner most of my life, and I love long walks with friends and animals. Owen Sound hospital has robbed me of those freedoms. Mobility is now difficult and doctors refuse to see me. This is a hospital that has hired criminals and terror artists, and they require STAT military intervention. The post hospital "helper" groups are an absurdity. COTT, ACT, ACRONYMS GALORE. Don't allow the patients to leave the area if they have any socio-political concerns appears to be the over-riding and communal operation. 12 Step talk is overabundant in Owen Sound. Other programs of concern might well be following their model. Several Christian churches display doomsday warnings on a regular basis. Signs change, but there is usually one warning at least. I will note a few and post. Typical "gang" type activity is minimal. But atypical criminals follow the ill about, lurking outside of clinics and pharmacies. Probably to offer medicines, as clinics send patients to emergency room for prescriptions (???) Much easier, and safer, for many to acquire medicine on the street. Some extreme criminals in town using both microwave equipment and tasering from a distance. Almost all odd behaviour may be due to these extreme weapons. Harbour attack, or radiation poisoning might also be a factor. I do not see how the nuclear facilities can be in operation with the abuse of microwave technology. Security would necessarily be extremely compromised. (England seems to take science- group terror attacks very seriously) Do we need to RE-SECURE our Ontario nuclear installations? CFB? It's been two years of this? I SENT THE REPORT TO MCKAY MYSELF!!!! Did he get it? Regarding the microwave technology and terror weapon capabilities? Destructive potential and such? Who monitors for terrorist microwave activity? Are they monitoring it themselves?! Who's checking our air quality for such things as high helium or CO1 content? High electrical charge underground maybe? We had an earthquake in the summer of 2010- I don't think anyone really looked into that. There was a 30- 40 degree sway to our downtown buildings! Who checks our underground for broken lines? Can they check again? From time to time, vibration is heavy enough to create visible motion in a bowl of water, or to cause ornaments to swing about without fan or wind. It ain't ghosts, Canada. Oppositional defiant syndrome elements for sure. Dead pets. Talk of "russian roulette." Dead swans awhile back. NLP broadcast over a year ago included exorcist type segments (?) I had hoped CFB had taped some when I contacted them. Since they did not intervene, I guess they didn't. Any help at all would be appreciated. From any national, international, or local agency. I have reported mass delusion to Canadian and British Federal governments based on authorities inability to percieve a problem. (Even though the small municipal police staff were digging in backyards for bodies, and a nude body washed to shore near the main street. People have also murdered pets and impaled pets heads on stakes- this is a very small town.) After a period of non-response with continued terror activity, I contacted the American Federal government. I believe this town is suffering from extreme Stockholme syndrome. Anyone with knowledge and experience is invited to assist. We need a few high level authorities to get a co-ordinated social services and health care intervention underway. The situation is urgent, extreme, and ongoing. Thank you for passing on this information. Catch phrases of staff include "taking charge of situations," "not letting people slip through cracks," "back on track." We have pregnant ladies tasered in the bellies, and elder church ladies tasered in the pelvic area. Abortions will become more common. Drug & alchohol rates will go further through the roof. More people will go mad and injure or kill one another. Several people need health care and cannot get it here. Nor can they afford transportation to another area. We need whatever help humanitarians can arrange. It is an extremely proud town, primarily white celtic culture. Fundamentalist Christian. Extreme Stockholme includes extreme denial. They need the help. Please arrange it. RCMP? CFB? UN?CBC?
